I would like to say thanks Vital for the interviews in text. Not all of us want to watch a video of riders talking. Don’t get me wrong love to watch riders racing etc but just talking not so much.
I agree on the written interviews. And in a world where most forums and message boards have become stagnant and overpowered by social media, I love how vital continues to grow. Long live the old school message board.
This place is rockin' totally. If I had any suggestion at all...it would be interviews with real privateers. Especially those that don't make the show.
There are some real life struggles and stories out there. Probably more relatable and moving than what the golden boys have to say...just my thoughts.

I love this idea. I used to do a lot more of those. I can make that happen.
Totally agree on text interviews!! This is also my chance to thank Vital for the Damon Bradshaw interview... What a great interview and really well done piece.
I'm sure I'm among the old-coot crowd- but I just prefer to read. I typically don't watch/listen to any rider interviews but seeing the Bradshaw interview was also in text form got me interested enough that I came back for Part 2 of the interview a day or so later when it was posted.

It's a larger range of ages than you'd believe. A lot of our video/YouTube content can be played like podcasts in the background and there's just a huge audience on that platform to tap into in general, regardless of age.

Thanks ML & Vital MX !! Keep up the great work!
Appreciate hearing that. It was one of my favorite articles to do because Damon was so into it. He was texting and calling wanting to add things he remembered. And MC texted that he went back and watched that Indy race after. He said, "man, Damon was mad"
Been trying hard to mellow out. Having my life nearly ruined during team days sure helped that out though. You know...depression, general life misery, etc.

I love having both options
Text preferred for me.
I love the text especially when I can't stand their voices
I like the text so I can read at work when I take a break lol.
The Shop
I can’t stand my own voice, so I feel you there.
😂
Tough when your nickname is talking boy
I like the text so I can read at work when Im meant to be working.
I generally prefer the text too, but reading certain rider quotes word for word got me all "Yeah, No, For sure, Totally" frustrated
Text for me too.
Agreed. The Dylan Ferrandis interview was the perfect length.
Both is nice. ..but I lean to text.
Whatever the case... the team is killing it on content these days.
Mucho appreciado...
This would be our plan, a mix of both. Core users like written but we reach a much larger audience on video. So we need both.
The written word is alive at Vital MX! We have a good plan for Anaheim 2, which should tick everyone's boxes...

Polite way of saying Gen Z is too lazy to read
I like the texts because, maybe it is a boomer thing from reading so much as a kid, but I can make up their voice as I am reading it.
Examples
Eli tomac = Jason Bourne or Arnold Schwarzenegger
Jett Lawrence = mick dundee
Dylan ferrandis = pepe lepew
Justin barcia = shaggy from Scooby-Doo
500 word essays written by the top 10 in each class summing up their weekends?

Pit Row
I'm all for the written word as well, and the overall content has been awesome. Good job guys.
I try and clean that shit up when I transcribe. I have spent hours deleting "yeah, no", "kind of", "like", etc. We do our best to fix that
