I'm sure others have noticed but there a ton of moto media to consume these days. That's not a bad thing. There are a lot of quality content providers like VitalMX and RacerX, the photographers out there pushing out awesome content. Then you have meme and ai pages...
2 easy examples. This Ai page. Everything single photo is stolen and then modified with Ai. It's clearly Ai and yet it still gets attention.
a post on 2/3/2025 about confirming something in 2013?

#T? There are endless examples on this page of Ai edited photos.
Motocross Updates with 2.7m followers. It's supposed to be the "#1 motocross page. The worlds leading publication about motocross and supercross" yet it posts no news and only memes. There are other pages like this that use stolen content.
I'm genuinely curious as to why so many follow a "news" page that offers no news. There are these same Ai/meme/BS accounts/pages for the road racing side of things as well.
I don't have any screens shots, but I've noticed every page blasts posts nonstop even if its old content. It seems as if the only tactic is to just put anything in front of the users face even though it's old and has been posted 50 other times.
I for one appreciate moto memes
This is political media and every other form of media right now as well. It’s just about engagement and monetization. Also, there’s a good chance a large portion of their followers are bots and purchased follower accounts.
But the page is supposed to be news... "#1 motocross page. The worlds leading publication about motocross and supercross"
It getting pretty bad. The answer is the attention span is so small now, people simple click follow in hopes they get more in their algorithm feeds and don’t even analyze the content. Culture has been trained to scroll and click. Rest is monitoring these feeds. So yes, most of us looking for real content exclusively follow only legit social feeds and block the rest. The block feature works well to clean up your social feeds.
The Shop
Yup. When likes and followers are the commodity, it is a race to the bottom for the lowest common denominator. That is the easiest demographic to monetize.
I think that’s just Facebook in general.
Love the guys on Twitter that just repost everyone else’s stuff. Yeah you’re on the cutting edge bro….
Because people are not very smart when looking at media. Journalism is easily confused with social media/memes/etc. There are 800 accounts out there reposting reports and content on all kinds of topics and people just latch on to all of it, never considering the actual source.
i hate to say it, but ive shared some of "charles" posts...ONLY because they were bad ass 90s-00s photos.
Yes there are many Ai pages out there, but the photo displayed here with #T on the KTM is not Ai generated. It is a photo from the Australian Supercross Masters in Sydney in 2005, #T is the late Tyler Evans and #24 is NZ’s Luke Burkhart.
One of the biggest teams and companies in the sport is on the verge of going bankrupt or something, and not hardly a mention of it except Vital posts. Great media
It's not ai generated, it's ai enhanced. All the photos on that page are ai manipulated/enhanced, not generated. Theyre all real photos that were stolen and run through an AI image prompt.
If you're referring to KTM, every single moto media outlet all over the world has covered that one.
Barely
Instagram/Facebook do not police any type of copyright stuff. Many IG accounts just steal photos and videos from other accounts and use as their own. YouTube seems to be better and will copyright strike channels that do this. Problem on YouTube these days is all of the AI generated channels which are horrible, but some people can't tell they are fake AI generated content so they get followers .
A friend of mine was absolutely blown away that all the body cams he watches on YouTube are narrated by Ai.
There are so many fake AI motorcycle channels it's getting ridiculous. They do motorcycle review videos for completely fake motorcycles that don't even exist. Same thing with automotive channels. Somehow YouTube needs to do something about this, it will ruin the platform.
#T is Tyler Evans (RIP) in the 2005 Australian Supercross Masters.
Pit Row
There’s fucking Ai Onlyfans girls now! People are legit paying money every month to see a computer generated image undress itself. We are far too gone.
I wouldn't doubt it. And how many Onlyfans channels are just reselling stolen photos and videos from other creators. I don't think OF really polices that stuff. It's a free for all. These platforms have lost control and AI has just excelerated the process.
1984 dude. 1984
You must not pay very close attention then.
Yeah, you guys are right its not even a big deal
Yes that’s correct, they took that image from the Fullnoise website and removed the logo that was on it as you can see here :
We gotta filter our sources of information. It's nothing new and no rocket science.
The new thing is to post a video saying something clearly wrong just to get comments from people saying it’s wrong. People fall for it every time and start arguing about it. Theres your engagement.
Where did I say it wasn't a big deal?
Since you clearly didn't understand the point I was making, let me be more clear. It has been covered EVERYWHERE. You saying it's only been mentioned in Vital posts is completely wrong.
Thus, why I said you must not pay very close attention.
Or maybe you were just hoping to talk some shit on the moto media to get your Vital Street Cred up?
He's just trolling. I couldn't get away from new outlets posting about KTM going bankrupt.
Guys maybe that came out wrong. Yes there is lots of the same regurgitated info out there.
But it just seems like there isnt enough real info, especially info about the real effects all of it will have on the racing divisions and dirt bike production. The kind of stuff that matters to dudes like me that actually buy and ride KTMs. I dont think ill be buying a KTM built in India, Id love to know what is most likeky to happen. From the experts. But im glad you think the moto media is so good.
Hope this gets my street cred up 🖕🏿
Did you ever think that maybe that is the only info that's available?
Bottom line is, no matter what the moto media does there are always gonna be fucking whiners like you that piss and moan. Some folks just go through life looking for shit to bitch and moan about to make themselves feel better.
