Curious on pricing and current availability?
Im in the northwest and admittedly haven't walked into a bike shop for a minute.
Do most dealers have a couple on the floor these days?
Am i wrong in thinking they were $16k when first released?
Not looking in Northwest specifically, happy to travel to collect
Kaplan was selling them for $10k.
Official US price is $11k (and they now only sell the 80 hp version).
You can see all dealers location and their inventory on Stark website, there are about 140 US dealers, 4 in WA.
I believe the closest from you is South Bound Motorsports Lakewood although right now he doesn't seem to have any bike available, but there's 1 in Bremerton and 5 in Lynnwood.
Many dealers would ship right to your door, and you also have the possibility to order online.
There is a brand new one on marketplace in WI, been on there for over 2 months. Price was $1299 and now at $11k, comes with some extras, private party so no dealer fees

11K OTD at Power
No VIN so it's not in stock but yeah it's 11k for bikes in inventory and new orders alike.
Just go here.

They are in stock, great place to buy from. You order it online, they ship it to your door in the original box. Easiest way I’ve ever bought a bike in my life and now I wish all bikes were this way so I didn’t have to go through dealerships in person. It was as easy as buying a toaster from Amazon or something lol! Came in 3 days after I ordered.
Got mine direct off their site. Paid $11,127 all in and it showed up 8 days after my order.
Are the only Starks available now made to run in only the 80HP mode?
I would think the ability to change from lower to higher HP would be a good selling point since the lower HP setting allows you to ride longer without a battery charge. I'm no engineer so not sure of the method used to allow you to change the HP rating... but it wouldn't seem that the part(s) involved to manage that setting would be cost prohibitive.
All Starks are adjustable all the way down to 10hp. Previously, the 60HP had the higher power levels blocked out in the control app.
I have a 80hp in WA. Setup with racetech suspension, 11K.
I can check but I think I have 6 hrs on the bike which means about an hour of ride time. The rest is letting people ride it in the yard. Let me know if you want more info.
There would be a lot of dead bodies at the track if this thing could only be ridden @ 80HP. 80HP is absolutely insane.
I demoed one the other day. Lots of fun to ride. Handling was good. Guy asked if I'd buy one after the ride. I said sure, right after you make it with a quick change battery. Don't know what they were were thinking putting in a battery you couldn't change out. Crazy euros..

Why so quick to move on?
I have a shop full of bikes that don't get ridden. Business to run and kids to haul to practice/games. Zero to do with the bike as it is super fun to ride. I still haven't actually listed it anywhere but if someone was interested I would likely let it go. Even rebuilt the charger to use the freeride housing- the stand/charger combo is kind of a joke.
Ya, that will work at a GNCC...
At GNCC they run the 2h morning race, no battery swap required.
Now to race the afternoon they'd need to do like Taddy B and Eddie Karlsson, 2 min pit stop and a $2k spare battery.
Pit Row
The 2 hr morning race is more like 2:25 for me. and No I'm not going to buy a bike and run it at 15 hp.
If you're interested in this you should take a look at their range vids, range depends a lot on terrain and rider skills. For example on their enduro range vid, on similar loops, amateur riders gets much more riding time than pro, and also a bit more distance. Taddy gets 1h, CTO gets 2h and beginner PR guy gets 3h. Taddy rides 40 km, the other 2 riders get 50 km.
GNCC races are currently more or less at the limit. I understand that's may not be your thing to try it on an electric and that's fine, I'm just trying to illustrate how range works, it remains very hard to predict range for a specific case.
Man, I really hope you get a good paycheck and Christmas bonus for your never ending troll work.
And don't forget to wipe your hands before dinner.
Hey bud, long time no see!
The best thing I like about the varg is it's ability to put down hard torque out of the corners. No sense in buying one only to detune the HP so I can finish the race. I have spoken to a varg dealer who has ridden GNCC and fla FTR race's with his. I see no point in riding it at 13 hp just to finish the race. Would love to see a 2 min battery swap video... which is 1:30 too long anyway.

Man, I sooooooo want one.
🤣
Yeah you probably need to manage range adjusting power settings yet some riders finished top 50% (without swap or charging) so it can't be that bad. Do you know what power setting your dealer was using?
For sure Stark riders' life was much easier in US Sprint Enduro, often finishing top 20% overall, no worries about range there.
Here's a battery swap vid at Gotland Grand National, the largest enduro race in the world.
The battery swaps were a tad faster for official riders Taddy B and Karlsson but still a couple minutes. Some electrics get that down to 30 seconds but the Varg was not designed for that.
Dealer by me in upstate NY has 15 on the floor. Every color and 18 or 19” rear wheels. Hand brake or foot brake. 11k OTD
C'mon, Buddy, why didn't you post that ridiculously sped up version?
😂

Yeah I don't understand why anyone would do that. It's not even that they're trying to be deceptive, just weird.
"Hey look how much time it takes! BTW I've made sure that you can't tell"
Well yeah, a lie which everybody can tell it's a lie sure isn't a very good one...
🤣
Unrelated (almost): definitely, I want one.
Man, I've been told I'd never have to change a part, never have to take a tool out. Would I have been lied to?
😉
our local dealer Moto One KTM in Nampa, ID has two on the floor right now!
