That thing is beautiful. I was one of the random few who came up through superminis on a CR85 and this takes me back to the good days.

That thing is clean! Did you ride it? Everytime I see a CR85 on Facebook or OfferUp I’m thinking it could be fun to have one to play around on vet tracks or turn tracks lol
A few times bike has maybe 10 hrs on it since 2007. Trying to keep on stand...and I collected all OEM plastics and seat for it. I built a 2007 cr250 just like this 85 but a collector bought it.but I'm a mini guy. So this one wont see much moto. Maybe a start up here and there here's the 250

Those all look amazing!!! I'm currently building a couple of 2007 CRF 250r's, Id like to add a 450 CRFr and a 250 CR someday.
It's work now. 2007 oem stuff grabbed up.
I've been lucky with my builds, most OEM stuff was easy to get. Exhaust was probably the hardest, longest wait was for the Hot Cams cam and the Cylinder Works Head. My engine is basically all brand new minus the gears.
Where did you find the swing arm?
