Any questions about the very unique Fastway/Air EXT AnkleSavers pegs?

The construction seems to take away some of the possible ankle movement (duh), therefore removing one of the additional pivot points between a rider and the bike. Does it really change the input from the bike by limiting the movement of the bike under you when you're on the balls of your feet? I know i feel a lot of difference between riding the rough stuff on the balls of my feet vs riding on the middle of it. I know it's meant to save your ankles from nasty landings on big jumps but it seems like you need to sacrifice some feedback from the bike to achieve that.

As someone with absolutely horrible ankles I can see these as an almost must have.

I just put the standard steel sets on my YZ's, the extensions don't get in the way at all, but I feel a bit more control when accelerating on long downhills, haven't had the occasional overextension of my knee in really rough sections plus peace of mind when going for it over big jumps. Highly recommend them.
