Complete wheel RAD signature hub,Excel rim, hd spokes, a real nice wheel. New in box 19"x 2.15 never mounted with tire or on bike. I did put a new sprocket and disc on then it just sat in the box since last fall. Wheel is perfect comes with the wheel spacers, no nicks or scratches.
