I have a buddy who's a pro mx'er looking to free up some cash and is selling a pr of the new black cone valves with under 10hrs on them. He wants $3000 or best reasonable offer. If you're interested I can get you in touch with him. I also have a buddy with a pr of AER's with under 1hr on them and he wants $1400 for them. Let me know if you're interested in either pr.

What price were you looking to pay for AER forks? 10 Hours. $800 revalve done by mx-tech.

I want $2800 for mine. They're in great shape and will have right around 30hrs on them. They've got .50 springs in them and are set up for 215lb vet expert MX. The only blemishes are a few dings in the lower lugs and they show up because of the lugs being black this yr. No marks and or blems in the DLC sliders of the black upper tubes.

Are these for a 16-up or 15-down.

They're the brand new black cone valves and they're for the new chassis KTM or Husky but will fit the pre 15 chassis with an axle/spacer change.

No I wasn't at Crow Hill yesterday. My cousin and my buddy Jack were there. Jack was there testing a pr of AER's with some new mods by FC. He's had them for 2 wks now and he's saying that they're very good. He raced with them last weekend at Central Village and he won all 4 motos with them. I thought they looked good but a little soft to me.

not stalking you, just saw number 129 and 29 on fairly new ktm's.
I'm fairly new to the game, don't normally ride Crow Hill, more Southwick and Wareham...would you say suspension set up should be totally different @ crow hill vs the other 2? I softened compression and went from 108 sag to 105 and seemed to make a huge difference, would you agree?
Again, I stink, but always trying to figure ways to ride better and faster...thx

My cousin is #129 and Jack is #2 and the other number #29 that was there was my 15.5 FE450. Yup, totally agree on softening your compression and I like to speed up the rebound right to the point where you can feel it's a little quick and then slow it down a cpl clicks. 105mm seems to be the sweet spot for the sag on the new chassis too.

When I first got my shock back from Factory connection for my 15FE(right when it came out) they kept telling me, "108, 108 sag". But the bike just doesn't turn as well like that. Agreed 105-106 is the number on the new chassis.

I have to agree. I've tried multiple sag settings. any were from the KTM spec of 110mm to 98mm. I like it right at about 102-103mm Seems to balance the bike the best.
