Kind of a follow up to my last thread but this 2017 YZ250F im working on has no spark, is there any common known issues for these bikes when it comes to loss of spark? The bike didn't gain this problem till it went down in a rut and it will pop start and kick start when cold but as soon as it warms up it wont idle or kick start and I think even pop start. Any tips are appreciated.

Start with the spark plug, work backwards through the boot, the coil, regulator, capacitor, and stator. If all else fails it could be a damaged ecu.

Youll have to refer to your service manual to test all of those. Theyre not too bad. Multimeter does most if the work.
