wire tied bolts

Looking to wire tie some bolts on my bike, like the banjo bolts and steering stem nut. if you have any advice or pics it would be appreciated.

I got my safety wire pliers from harbor freight for less than $10 and the spool of wire is $1, the pliers work great for as much as I use them but I know cycle gear has a set for around $40

You need more than pliers and wire for wiring nuts / bolts. A mini drill press or something to hold the bolt / nut while drilling the corner for wire access. Get some sharp bits, and some old bolts to practice corner drilling.
