Do you know what thickness base gasket comes stock?

It sounds like stock squish is around 1.5mm and 1.1mm is more optimal

Mine (2016 150SX) measured 1.3mm squish stock. Didn't measure the base gasket as I haven't taken it that far apart yet, but it's stock as well.

1mm or 0.040" in proper money.
Is good for this
A touch wider if running oxygenated fuel.
Couldn't the supplier tell you this ?

F1 Moto possibly the best VHM dealer in the world !

Base gasket thickness should not be the discussion.
It should be squish clearance.
Here's how to check it.

I know how to measure squish gap, in fact, the 2018 tc125 is 1.3mm.

It would be nice to know the stock gasket thickness so I would know what gasket to order.

I appreciate that running a thinner gasket will lower the exhaust port, but I am fine with that small amount for the sake of dialling in the combustion.

Right so you know you had 1.3mm squish.
Measure what base gasket you had in at that.
Now subract 0.2mm from the base gasket thickness to give you your desired 1.1mm squish.
Hey presto job done.

You would also be well advised to take a look at these.

Yeah, I didn't know ktm use different base gaskets from the factory. All the Japanese bikes I've had run 0.5mm gaskets stock.

I was hoping to order just one gasket lol.

You have some cool stuff, keep on smoking!!!!
