Have previously fitted the whole SSS forks and still used ktm wheel/brake and also just fitted the inner carts into the 4cs tubes.

The second option is the easiest by far, send me your email and i'll forward you a CAD file of the adapters you need to get made up

emails sent. If anyone wants a copy you need to either pm me your email or post it here. Absolutely pointless sending me a pm just saying you want a copy without an email address.

Any tricks on fitting the brembo caliper to the kyb lug?

My suspension guy fitted the WP feet and bottoming valves to the KYB's, so everything bolts right up like stock.
In the pic, if you look carefully, you can see a 0.5mm thick spacer in the lower triple clamp

Sano set up!

That's exactly what I want to do.

Any trick to getting the WP bottoms on the fork leg?

Does that spacer go all the way through, or is it just along the bottom edge of the clamp?

They make a kit to go SSS internals for a reasonable price....A lot less work

The spacer runs the full depth of the triple clamp. What you see in the pic is just a locating collar to stop the spacer moving when you slide the forks in

yes thread is the same.

for a cheaper alternative you can just use 0.2mm stainless/brass shim for the bottom clamp area.
