After racing today I noticed there was some oil coming out from behind either my shifter or front sprocket. I looked around the cases and there is no hole anywhere and its not leaking/dripping oil. When looking at the oil level through the window, it appears to be totally fine.

Any ideas what this could be?

Sounds like a bad seal. Most likely the seal behind the front sprocket, but it can also be the shifter seal. I would change both to be sure. ( Make sure you did not over oil the chain as that will cause an oil build up as well in those places.)

Either shifter seal or shaft seal. As paw paw said. Replace both. Their fairly cheap and easy to replace.
