new top end kick start wont move KXF250 2017

I just installed a new top end, cylinder, cams, piston. I put it together and the kick start went half down and then all the way up and will not move any more.

Could it be the cam clearance?

or did i over tighten the cam holder?

Piston may be in backwards and valves are hitting the piston

two larger circles on the piston are in the back smaller are on the exhaust side.

I just went and was able to turn the flywheel nut. I could hear the compression out of the exhaust. like a slow kick start. However the kickstart wont budge.

Timing off, piston hitting valves. Double check timing marks on crank and cams.

Timing is off
Piston in backwards
Doesnt take much for it to not work. One tooth on the cam chain off and it will touch

Make sure the marks on kick start gear aligned/timed were they should be
for full rotation
