I know this has been talked about a lot but I have a change for all you experts over here

I have a sponsor that willing to give me oil but is 0w40 for motocross, street bike, snowmobile ,etc was just wondering if this is okay meets all specs we need for our current bikes but nobody ever talks about a 0w40 "0" being the cold start density therefore it should matter???

Yes, will be fine. Especially in a 2 stroke, if it is a 4 stroke and it calls for 40, then the 0 prefix won't mean all that much. If for some reason your 4 stroke calls for 60 weight, then maybe not.
