kx250f carb issues

Just cleaned the carburetor and replaced the throttle cables on my kx250f. Now it wont run without the choke on. It runs very well with the choke on though. Any ideas?

pilot circuits plugged is the best odds... look at the squirt nozzle those get plugged sometimes as well, although that won’t cause it to not idle... Also the vacuum release plate orings sometimes go out...
