my bikes never had starting issues before, I went out on my bike, and on the stand , it spat fuel from the overflow, so come home, and fitted a new genuine yam seat and needle valve, set the float height to 10mm as per manual, and tried to start, it wouldn't have it, unless I turned the air screw to half a turn out, so if im right, that indicates I need a bigger pilot jet? is this correct? I have a pro-circuit pipe, and on there website, it suggests dropping to a 37.5 pilot for my year running there pipe? which has confused me, im currently on a stock 40 pilot, so ive orded a 35,37.5 42.5 and a 45 to be sure,

Sounds like the float height might be set to high but if your sure its correct I would try FMF or PC jetting specs.
