Hi I'm working on a old kx125 and want to fill the crank holes like is common with all newer 125s. decades ago I did one with cork, then filled outside with JB weld,,,but later on next freshen I found the JB weld let go. What is the best way,,exact epoxy to use ??? Devcon has multiple products, and so does 3m...so please be specific. Thanks

Does that have some special qualities,,,lightness,,doesn't expand, melt???

What interference fit do you use?

It has very little weight so it won't affect the balance too much. Measure the hole and turn the Nylatron to about .003"-.004" over sized and cram it in, lol. That's how my crank guy taught me years ago and I never had an issue with any of them.
