Has anyone done the racetech spring conversion on there aer48 forks? I have a really good race tech tuner close to me and they make it to a lot of races. I would really like to try it, but I haven't heard any reviews yet.

We've put a few in and its a solid product. The only downfall when compared to other spring kits is that it doesn't have an external preload adjuster. Not too big of a deal, you just might have to go back in and adjust it once or twice to get it where you like it.

The aer are awesome forks, only air forks that are worth a damn but I did the spring conversion on my 15 kawi and loved it... racetech is a quality product and if you have a tuner that will work with you then even better..

Racetech is quality stuff. They have been at it for a very long time and don't just throw shit out there. Having a good tuner is over half the battle. I don't see where you have anything to lose.
