I went over a jump and the bike whisky throttled on me. I had let off the gas. My throttle is to sticking it snaps back normally. My buddie seems to this it’s this gasket that blew out and is sucking in air. I started the bike after I had to lay it down. Starts up. I I reved it a few times everything was normal I did it again and it started to rev out of control and I had to power down any idea?

Air leak. Look at the carb boot for the leak. If that is ok, then look other places.

That's the power valve cover rubber seal, not your problem, but will allow dirt/water in, silicone that up....check your Reed block/ boot for cracks, base gasket, crank seals....

I owned a 95 in 95-97 and I was always jetting for changing conditions. Those bikes are pretty durable. I only once had a problem & I caused it. I pulled the carb out so many times that I put a tear in the intake boot that attaches to the reed cage. Similar sypmtoms...I think PawPaw is right.
Considering those bikes are 20+ years old there can be a lot of dry rotting parts.
Good luck.
