Yz125 Starting problem

Whats up I was looking for a little help. I have a 2008 Yz125 with a 144cc big bore kit. Today I went to ride at a pit and the bike was running perfect. I stalled the bike about 3 hours into the day and it would start back up (started one kick every time b4 that). I bump started the bike and it ran perfect. I when back to the truck and when ever we stopped it wouldn't kick over it had to be bump started. If anyone can help that would be great. I run VP T2 gas and the top end was replaced 4 rides ago.
