I’ve got a set of wheels off a 2009 YZ250 kicking around my shop collecting dust, and a 2014 YZ250F with a set of stock wheels that are looking more and more egg shaped every day. Anyone know what it would take to swap them out? Just a simple spacer change or are we talking more?

Spacer change and possibly axle. I’m not sure if the axles are the same size.

Rear axle is not the same either, and you'll need the axle blocks from the 2 stroke to make it work on the 4 stroke swingarm.

As it turns out, no go unless you swap fork lugs. Clamping surface on the axle is different

You can expand the hub with CNC and put new bearings. Done that at least 4 times, and no problems.
