Works or Kit Suspension? KX125 forks w/ blue fork caps & PC kyb works kit stickers

I Purchased this bike and was wondering if anyone knows or can’t tell if it is works suspension or kit suspension? Any help Would be greatly appreciated!

Those are stock with the PC internals. Had a set a month or so ago, the biggest difference was a different bottoming cup/oil lock and they had drilled out the base valve ports slightly larger. You can still buy the cap wrench from them for like $20

Looks like one of Andrew Shorts '01 practice bikes. He was Pro Circuit support back then and the fork label has "Short" on it.

Does it also say 'Short' on the shock?
Sort of looks like it but cannot quite make out the writing- cool if it is a PC Shorty bike!!

I think the shock has been worked on by Pro Circuit.

Even if it was his practice bike, it won't have works parts on a practice bike.

Also, if they had "A Kit" back in 2001, I seriously doubt it would have been on a practice bike from 18 years ago.
