Wiring a Rec Reg kit onto my 2018 YZ450F

I recently purchased a rec reg kit for my motocrosser. I’ve wired up all the lights and horn so they’re working, but I was wondering if there is some sort of auxiliary cable (cable that is only 13VDC while the bike is running) or would I need to install a key to switch on the battery? I don’t want to go over board as it will only be temporary

I put one on my rmz. Just montes a small toggle switch on headlight surround
