Will kxf 250 '13 triple clamps fit '09 model?

I have an offer on the table for nearly brand new set of triple clamps by BUD Racing from Kawi KXF250 '13 model.
I am doing a project /rebuild of my 09 KXF250, and I would like to ask, if these '13 can fit my bike, or what may be the issue if I will try so.

These are actual pictures of the clamps (both) from bottom. I believe its 23 offset?

The fork tube diameter on the 09-12's have a smaller OD than the current models '13+. So no, they are not a direct fit. Some people use a thin shim around the tubes to make up for gap. Everything else about the triple clamps are the same aside from the front number plate mounting tabs.

Thanks a lot for clarification. Will see what I can do with price for this set and if I can make a good deal, I guess I'll go for it. I used to have similar setup on my older TM where I bought it with some after market triple clamps and there was no issue with these shims whatsoever.

I was just mainly concerned about the fit to the frame and steering stops, etc.
