Will a 2017 CRF450R fuel tank fit a 2017 Crf450rx???

Have a 2017 Crf450rx looking to fit it with the regular CRF450R gas tank, should it bolt up? Has anyone done this? Not sure if the fuel pumps are transferable, I know I would have to get new shrouds and I know the seats are the same. Thanks! Merry Christmas

Shrouds are different, fuel pump will not interchange. You'd have to use the 450R fuel pump. It will plug into the RX harness though. Merry Christmas!

You will have to have the R pump. The RX pump will not go in the R tank.

the fuel pump will not interchange..check the microfiche...I personally went down this road....very costly.

Hey man since you mentioned you’ve done this after getting the R fuel tank & fuel pump did everything work correctly?? I’ve got an 18’ 450rx and wanting to do this same conversion.

Yes it did but it wasnt cheap and I got a good deal on the tank
