Where to buy replacement silencer baffle core

I came across this on a vintage KTM parts site based out of Austria.. Does anyone know where to order it from / who sells it here in the US?

exhaust inner baffle, stainless, 60cm length, 25mm diameter, Made in the USA - 25 euro

Search LA Choppers Universal Exhaust Baffle. Motosport has them as does Amazon and few other online sites.
