Glad you got it figured out! Next wheel, it's easier to lace outside (short spokes on your CR) first, then throw in the inners. This usually helps keep the alignment and position easier to visualize once you 'clock' it into position.
Every third hole on the rim goes the same spoke from the hub. So put the inners in first from both sides and add the outers after that - very easy if you look at another wheel in front of you.....
