Whats the best way to lower the seat?

I’ve taken off the cover and cut the foam with a turkey cutting knife then smooth the edges using a hand grinder with sanding wheel on it.

Electric turkey knife is the way to go. Take a little off at a time, very easy to take too much off then your screwed.

What the above posters have said is correct. You can use a electric knife and cut it down to your specified height. If you are uncomfortable doing it yourself, this is a service we do offer.
