1984 Cr80. What kind of metal is everything made out of? Cases, clutch cover, cylinder, and cylinder head.

That depends:

Pro riding it: speed metal

During a mud race: heavy metal

Set up for SX: Arena metal

In all seriousness likely aluminum cases, steel gears/shift drum/shift forks/crank/rod. Not sure if Honda used any magnesium covers on that like some of the bigger bikes. Cylinder and head, cast aluminum. Not sure if those were steel sleeve or plated aluminum.
