What kind of adhesive do I need to glue rubber mounts to a frame?

They kinda peeled off when I broke it down for powder coating. What type of adhesive do I need to get them glued back in place?

3m weatherstrip adheasive, gorilla super glue..grip glue....test fit with tank in place, then mark with masking tape first...

Use zipties to keep them in place while they glue if theyre sliding

Or not keeping stuck down real good. WIll leave these in place overnight. The back two pads are good to go.
