What is the rear shock spring rate of a 1995 CR250.

I have a1995 CR250. I weigh 215. I have the stock spring and another spring that is 5.6 kg/mm. I wondered if that spring would be better for my weight.

Check out Race Tech's site, they'll recommend spring rates and tell you the stock rates. It's a great resource for that information. I buy my springs and shims from them, their quality is good and consistent.
