What is this I don’t know if it’s supposed to be in the hub or not it is right behind where the circlip would be.

Your parts fisch shows it all. Your hub looks to be damaged in the photos. You may have to replace.

bearing blew up, the balls got into the center of the hub and tore it up. If it's just the bearing spacer it's not a big deal, but if the body of the hub is grooved, you need to replace it

That's the outer race of what used to be your bearing. The Yamaha and Suzuki 80/85 models were known to have soft aluminum on the hubs, once they groove out from bearing failure you should replace them. FasterUSA makes a strong billet aluminum replacement, give them a call as the website may not display your year model.
