Probably a basic question, but....
I picked up an YZ450 KYB shock, '08 , I think. Received it fully
disassembled. Got everything figured out but
what about this needle and spring? Where would it go? Or is it just a stray
part from a fork compression valve?

Should there be a coil spring in my compression adjuster?

And finally- with regards to the rebound shaft- should the holes
in the needle be oriented in any particular way in relation to the
holes in the shock shaft?
