hello everyone, I have a water leak between the pump and the outlet pipe to the radiators, the pump was treated with cerakote and I think it may have damaged some internal gasket, there is no exploded parts in the Honda parts catalog, it is sold all the cover together, does anyone know if there is a joint between the pump and the tube and if that can be removed? Thank you.

Was the tune removed to cerakote the part? Looks like it's a press fit with an o-ring but is inseparable and sold as a unit.

no, it was not disassembled to apply it, since it looked quite fixed, but now it drips all over the area where the lid meets the tube.

Ya lo he visto, pero pierde entre la tapa de la bomba y donde comienza el tubo metalico que va hacia los manguitos, como ves en el despiece viene todo junto.

It's press fit. You'll have to replace it. Whomever did your cerakote must have gotten it too hot. I overheated my 2018 CRF450RX quite badly, and the steel tube partially backed out of the aluminum cover, and began weeping coolant. I had to replace it.

You could use Loctite to glue it in. Clean the parts and apply Loctite 638 or similar to both surfaces. Push back in and let it dry in the correct position for at least 24 hours. Will hold up to 200 degr C.

Not worth overheating an engine..... just replace it and learn from the mistake.
