My 08 rm250 silencer broke internally,so I found a yz250 silencer that fit without modification. Only thing is that the core diameter is quite a bit smaller. Bike seems to run fine, and in fact has better power since the silencer is about 3 inches longer. Am I Good? I only worry because im using it with an sst pipe
My guess is that there's a downside somewhere in the power that you haven't yet noticed.
