Tune cylinder on KTM Sx 125 2019

Curious about the small edge close to the booster port (marked in picture). Would it generate better flow if I file it down and make a smooth line? Normally you should remove things in the cylinder that can interrupt flow. Anyone who knows this?

Looks “deliberate”. Might be it actually “helps”?
