Whats the name of the tool for this screw?
-much appreciated!
a little blurry, but it looks like a tamper resistant torx screw.
vomiting equals disqualification.

Looks like hex key wrench or some call it allen wrench. If on a bike it will be metric. Unless the peice in the middle is sticking up. Hard to tell from angle.
Btw harbor freight sells a box of all the security bits, like $5 or so. It's a life saver.
You can also take a dremel with a cut off wheel and cut a slit down the middle. Then use a flat head.
Tamper proof or security allen. Not torx, although there are torx like that too - often on key ignition mounting bolts

Thanks all! I'm headed to HF today. $9.99 for the kit
I've done the dremel slot before. I work on enough carbs that I need the tool and I really don't want bits of metal flying around.
