Tips for replacing the clutch arm actuator bearings?? (YZ 250)

I need to replace the two roller bearings that the actuator arm rotates on. How does one remove the old ones and how do you install the new ones?

Blind bearing remover I believe. Install should be easy since Yamaha left a basically straight shot at the bearing if you take the stator off
