Does anybody run full synthetic oil? If so does it effect your clutch? Years ago I ran full synthetic honda oil in my woods racing 400ex and destroyed my clutch daily.. Been gun shy ever since...

If memory serves me the GN4 didn't have MolyB and the HP4 did. That was years ago, I don't believe you will find MolyB in any decent oil that is rated for a wet clutch now days.

you are talking about friction modifiers for non wet clutches.
I am going to experiment on my rmz450 by making a 50/50 blend of 0-40 mobil 1 European car (my fav oil run in race cars and dry clutch motorcycles) w friction modifiers and the rest mobil 1 4t wet clutch bike oil.
Im thinking it should help reduce clutch drag and make finding N easier.

yes, ng4 has moly and so does rotella t6 as well as some other brands, however, the issue with moly and wet clutches was mainly with the solid based moly. they mow have an oil soluble type of moly which purportedly has no adverse affect on clutches, which is probably why these oils still have a jaso rating.
