I’m not sure what exactly happened but I’m guessing a super loose swingarm nut or severely worn swingarm bearings? What could be the fix here if taken to a competent welder? I’m thinking maybe bore this side a little bigger, and then have some kind of collar that resembles the OEM size/shape pressed in?

Stretched frame? Tongue

Seriously though, I'd also look at the pivot holes in the frame. Might be egged out as well.

Ive bored cases and pressed in a bronze or steel bushing before to address this issue. Just need to make sure tolerances correct and original causes addressed. I am guessing a KTM case? There bearing setup seems to lend to this issue........

Pivot holes in the frame weren’t rounded out 🙌🏻

Yeah it’s a KTM 125, I believe it was from the PO being neglectful though, would match a lot of other antics found on the bike.
