Anyone know what size fork seal drive is correct for the 2019 RMZ250? Not seeming to find any listed on the common parts sites.

You can always go the ghetto method, like I do: get a short length of 1 1/2" PVC pipe and cut a lengthwise slice out of it so it can expand around the fork leg. Rotate it around between gentle taps and it will push your seals right in.

Ya thatd work. Do you know how they measure those drivers? is it just the O.D. of the upper fork tube? I.D. of upper fork tube? Or O.D. of the lower fork tube?

I don't know for sure, but my guess would be the I.D. of the upper tube. If you can push seals in from the outside, rather than the sliding area, you would reduce potential damage to the seal.

They don’t show any option listed for my make and model that’s the problem.

2019 RMZ250 uses the KYB AOS (SSS) forks so it's a 48mm driver, the same as the YZ forks

I just did my buddies KXF forks, which were 48mm, the tool i had was 46/47. Used electrical tape and it worked like a champ. Just wrap it around the lower about an 1/8" build up and oil the bushings and seal up good, pops right in. Quick solution without buying the tool
