Well fellas I have been working on this screw for a while. Regular screw driver didn’t work, so I added heat and penetrating oil, still no success. Impact driver stripped the Allen head so I dremmeled in a flat head. Then the impact wrench snapped that. So this is where I currently am. I’m just looking to refill and bleed to front brake before I sell the bike.

Any ideas? Or should I buy a chinese knockoff

I would take a bit slightly larger than the shank of the screw and drill slowly until you can pop the head off. Then you can remove the lid and grab the rest of the screw with vise grips. You’re into a cover no matter what, just want to make sure you don’t drill into the master cylinder itself.

You could also get a used MC from eBay and just replace it. Not sure what a cover costs (new OE) but it might be cheaper just to get a used replacement.

Use a reverse drill bit ( left hand vs right hand ) and it should come right out but also use some very good penetration oil on it first.

Tap it in the appropriate place* and direction with the corner of a small cold chisel (or centre punch)
Chisel at around 45 deg.
*Two to choose from
