At what weight/skill level should i change my spring rate in my 2016 yz250. I am 170-175lbs without gear, id assume around 180-185 with gear. Bike was revalved with stock springs and stock valving/shims when i first got it and feels good, but as i am getting faster and it does feel a little bit of a harsh impact on flat landing or over jumping. im at. around 7-8 clicks from full hard on compression (both forks and shock) Can not remember where im at on high speed comp. mostly riding mx, but occasionally ride some tighter tracks.

I would be around 46s in the front, 4.8 in the rear...

I suggest talking to your suspension guy. Stiffness can come from valving changes or even more oil.
