Looking for some advice on what psi to run in my air forks on my 16' kx450. I have an 09 as well and love my spring forks on it. I have been running the standard psi settings from the owners manual(174 inner,14.5 outer, and 200 balance) and its rideable with that set up but still doesn't feel very comfortable to where I can really push. I am 160lb in full gear. Average B rider. I've looked into the spring conversion but I'd like to give the air a chance with a good set up before booting them. I haven't messed with different pressures much because I don't really know what to set them to for my riding. Looking to see what some of y'all are running or have ran. Also, who do y'all recommend sending them off if I go that route. Thanks

I was talking to my mechanic yesterday, he said his first suggestion to anyone with air forks is to buy the spring conversion kit. Over here they are $700 and he says worth every cent.

Imo,put 10-15 hrs on suspension, correct rear spring. And use the showa app, after that, send out for revalve if it still doesnt work

Get your fork sag right with the balance chamber to match with the right air spring rate. Dial in the bottoming control afterwards. Use that as your base setting. Then bring in the comp and rebound settings to favour
