Going to be installing a factory connection Link. Its 2mm longer then stock. Should end up lowering the rear end just a bit. I pushed the forks up 5mm up in the clamps. I usually run around 106mm of sag. Any clue what I should set my sag to after I install the link? Should I lighten up the compression a few clicks since the initial stroke will be stiffer? Trying to get a solid baseline before I go and ride. Suspension is all stock. 190lb vet rider.

Sag should be remeasured and set at what you are comfortable with. Ride it before you touch the clickers so you have a baseline with the new link compared to the old feel.

The best way is to do a moto stock then swap out the link, reset sag.

Maybe with the link you can run a higher sag number around 100-102 where i've typically ran Yamaha's.

I’ve got the link on a 2014 YZ250F, I run right around 106mm. Before it I tried prettt much everything from about 95-115, usually ended up settling right back around 105, so in all it didn’t really change my setting much.

I had my 14 yz450 done by enzo and they added a lowering plate to the shock. Recommended sag from Enzo was 100mm.

Tell me about it. I don’t really ride much in CT anymore unfortunately-no place to go. I’ll hit up central here and there when they have an open practice. I’m usually either up at NHMX, MX23, or occasionally crow hill. Wherever is open and semi close really. You?

Ive been trying to get in at milford riders club but there still is a huge wait list. NHMX has to be my favorite spot. I go to 23 when I don't feel like driving far.

I’ve heard Milford is a little on the small side too, I’ve never been though. We’ll have to link up and ride one of these weekends! I can’t this weekend but I’m going to try to get out as much as I can next month
