Hi Folks,
I'm having a little trouble with this bike I bought my son for Christmas and was hoping that someone here might have some ideas on what could be wrong. Basically, The bike is hard to start right from the get-go. At some point, it eventually kicks over and seems to run but when the throttle is engaged the bike begins to shut down with a clanking sound that seems to come from the pull start section of the bike. I've called the dealer who I purchased the bike from. They suggested that I spray some carb cleaner into the carb and believed that this would likely solve the issue, but it hasn't. They are sending me a replacement carb as this seems to be their process for dealing with these issues but I was wondering what you guys think.
I feel like a crap dad considering that this was his Christmas present and hasn't been able to enjoy it at all!
Any suggestions are much appreciated!
