Rs4 insert screw stripped

I bought a used rs4 system and was going to replace the insert because it's stupid loud right now , anyways the insert screw is stripped ,was wondering if anyone else had this issue ,the screw will turn about a quarter turn and then it's just stuck , I tried heat and everything else and now the screw head is stripped out as well ,looking for some advice as how to get this screw out now

Maybe send it back to Yosh for a refurb service. It might be really loud because the packing is worn out.

No I repacked it as soon as I got it , there's no insert actually in there right now ,just the screw and I need to get it out to I can put in the insert

You try vice grips? Not sure how high it’s sticking out.

Maybe cut a line in it with the dremel tool then bend a flat blade screw driver 90 degrees so it will fit in the slot?
