Rm 250 help

Hi there
I have a rm 250 2006 model
Just had it rebuilt. Been running 40:1 oil ratio. Starting to get a few problems:

Hot starting needs atleast half throttle to start or it just won't fire tried new plugs etc

I have fitted a hydraulic clutch at slow speeds etc it's fine but when I'm nailing it hard in 3rd and 4th it's as if the clutch is dragging ? It just feels as if it's holding back.
It has 13:50 rear gear ratio

Also I have standard jetting and I now have a vforce

Stock jetting is a little rich on the RM's. Try a 48 or 45 pilot, air screw 1.5 turns out to start. Make sure your carb is spotless and float height is set correctly.
