My buddy’s CV forks are leaking oil. I’ve rebuilt a half dozen sets of forks but I can’t find any info like oil capacity or torque values for the CV’s. Anyone out there have any experience? FC says you need a special tool. He has all the parts and I would like to help him out.
Thanks
Mike

Pretty straight forward to replace seals except for unscrewing the seal holder with a strap wrench. Everything else is the same as most forks.

Thanks, I came across that manual last night after searching for an hour. Looks pretty basic. He did end up sending them out. Funny thing is only one side extends all the way after he took them off the bike.
