Removing skidplate mount? 16 350sxf

My bike has a 2nd bracket with an upside down bolt in it and i cant take it out because it hits the lower motor mounts and the case. Anyway to take this thing out? I dont want it there but want to save it.

If you could post a picture it would help as it's going to be an aftermarket bracket.
